Dentists

The directors of the company have been involved with Vocational Training for a total of over 50 years, providing experience as trainers, advisers and assistant Dean to the Oxford scheme. Many of our practices are vocational training practices and we provide a continued post graduate training programme for all our dentists.

Specialists

With the large number of practices in the group we offer a tremendous opportunity for specialist dental practitioners.

Nurses

Dental nurses are supported and the fees are paid for them to attain either the NVQ qualification in dental nursing or the National Vocational Qualification in Oral Health Care. We have specialised training nurses who follow the training offered at college with further in house learning. Nurses will also have a career path which may lead to either therapy and hygienist care or follow in to administration and practice management.

Receptionists and practice managers

Rodericks offers a structured career path for all our receptionist and practice managers. With in house training from dedicated trainers as well as the opportunity to attend recognized courses in communication and management skills.
